Samantha Casella explained that “The Serpent’s Caress” is a surreal film that revolves around the concepts of guilt, sacrifice, death, resurrection and eternal love.
Samantha Casella stars in “The Serpent’s Caress.” The film marks the return of Laura Trotter, an iconic Italian actress, after nearly thirty years, and the feature film debut of Gina Rose Pieri. The male lead is Bruno Bilotta. Also notable are Francesca Rettondini, Vanessa Marini, Angela Tucci, and the young Vincenzo Amoruso. Rounding out the cast are Roberto Rizzoni, Rossella Ambrosini, and Massimiliano Nocco.
The soundtrack for “The Serpent’s Caress” was composed by Kim & Kathryn Kluge, composers of Martin Scorsese’s “Silence.”
On the red carpet, Samantha Casella wore a Giorgio Armani dress.
